Delivery Policy

How Reflexion is delivered after purchase — a cloud-based SaaS service.

This Delivery Policy explains how the Reflexion facilities management software ("Service") is delivered to customers after purchase. Reflexion is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product operated by Lattice Software Solutions LLC ("Lattice", "we", "us", "our"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Because Reflexion is delivered electronically, no physical goods are shipped. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Nature of Delivery

Reflexion is delivered as a hosted online service accessed over the internet through a web browser and, where applicable, mobile applications. "Delivery" means provisioning your account and granting access credentials to the Service, together with any onboarding or implementation services included in your plan. There is no physical shipment.

Account Provisioning and Access

Once your payment has been successfully processed (or your commercial terms confirmed for invoiced plans), we will provision your account and provide access details to the email address registered at checkout. For standard self-service subscriptions, access is typically activated immediately and no later than one (1) business day after payment confirmation. You will receive an activation email containing your login link and instructions to set up your account.

Onboarding and Implementation

Where your plan includes onboarding, configuration, or implementation services, these are delivered according to a schedule agreed with you after purchase. A typical onboarding may include account configuration, importing your sites and assets, user setup, and training sessions.

*Timeframes are indicative estimates and depend on the plan purchased, the complexity of your requirements, and the timeliness of information and cooperation you provide. Specific timelines, where committed, will be confirmed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Timely delivery of onboarding services depends on your cooperation, including providing accurate data, nominating points of contact, and attending scheduled sessions. Delays caused by incomplete information or unavailability may extend the timeframes above. You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device, supported browser, and a stable internet connection to access the Service.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once your account is provisioned and access credentials have been sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive your activation email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@latticegulf.com so we can assist promptly.

Service Availability

After delivery, the Service is available on an ongoing basis subject to our Terms and Conditions, including scheduled maintenance and any agreed service-level commitments. Continued access is conditional on payment of applicable Subscription Fees.

No Physical Goods

As a SaaS product, Reflexion does not involve the shipment of physical products. Accordingly, no shipping fees, courier services, or delivery addresses apply. If any hardware or physical materials are ever offered as a separate add-on, separate shipping terms will be provided at the time of that purchase.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If, for reasons attributable to us, we are unable to provision your account or deliver included onboarding services, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Where we cannot deliver the Service you have paid for, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the updated policy will show a revised effective date.
